IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We offer car rental services in Chisinau with or without a driver, available for short-term or long-term rentals.

Here are the rental conditions:

• Driver’s age must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver’s license must be valid for at least 3 years.
• An ID card or passport is required.
• Minimum rental period is 1 day.
• All fines and liabilities for emergencies are the responsibility of the driver.
• Daily mileage limit is 200 km. For bookings spanning multiple days, total mileage will be calculated accordingly.
• Delivery and collection of the vehicle anywhere in Moldova can be arranged for a fee, with expenses reimbursed.
• Car rental requires a deposit (€100-€200), payable in full in advance.
• Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfer to our current account, or by card.
• Refunds are possible in case of early return of the vehicle, subject to recalculation.
• Agreement extensions can be arranged remotely.
• The vehicle is provided clean, fueled, and equipped. It must be returned in the same condition.
• Failure to return the vehicle clean will incur a fee of 250 lei.

CANCELLATION POLICY
