We work by appointment
CarPoint operates by appointment rather than as a walk-in office. Car rental, tourism, excursions and transfers, most of our work happens on the road and with clients, not behind a desk. We simply can't afford to sit in an office all day, so we meet you exactly when there's a concrete task to handle.
The car handover takes place at the parking lot where our fleet is kept, at the agreed time. No queues, no tickets, no waiting, you arrive, we meet you, prepare the documents and hand over the keys. If needed, we can arrange delivery to the airport or another location in Chisinau.
All questions before and after the rental are handled on WhatsApp or by phone. It's faster than coming to an office and convenient for those booking a car in advance from another country.
