Yes, for an extra €4.50/day. The second driver must also be 21+ years old with 3+ years of experience and send us the same photos (passport + license). They are added to the contract and have the official right to drive the car. Details: Additional driver.

Whichever you prefer. Payment is made on pickup day, 100%, card or cash - your choice. Details: Payment and deposit.

The deposit is €100-300 left at pickup and returned in full at the end if the car is fine. The exact amount depends on the model. We accept cash only - we do not block funds on your card. This is our advantage over big rental companies: your card stays free for your trip.

No. Our cars are strictly for personal use. Any commercial use (taxi, Bolt, Uber, Yandex, courier deliveries) is prohibited - insurance does not cover this type of usage. Details: Usage rules.

Yes, in the same condition you received it: clean outside and inside. If you return it too dirty for us to inspect the body, a cleaning service fee of €10-20 applies (depending on the model). It is not a penalty - it is simply the direct cost of the wash so that we can do a proper visual inspection. If it is raining - it is enough to remove the mud layer. Details: Vehicle cleanliness.

• Republic of Moldova - no restrictions, OCA included.
• Romania and the EU - allowed, with the Acces România €40 or Acces EU €60 option (Green Card and Rovinieta arranged by the client). Final trip approval is given by CarPoint.

Yes. The car is given with a full tank and returned with a full tank (full / full). If you return it with less fuel, the cost of the difference and the refuelling service fee are deducted from the deposit. Details: Handover and return.
